I have been a few times and really enjoyed it but sometimes it is hard to get home from work in time to go to the Studio. Are there any DVD's that you could recommend for the nites it is too late? I am a absolute beginner so it would need to be basic or Level 1.

I do yoga a couple of times a week.
go on Ebay, buy this tape. By far best yoga workout I've ever done.

I to have tried it, and really enjoyed it. It was one of the hardest workouts I've been through while being relaxed if that makes sense. If I was closer to a class, I would go more often. I am not good with workout videos at home. :redthumb:

Thanks for the info. Yea, not sure I will be able to pop a tape in and do it but I thought I would give it a try. Luckily there are three classes that start late enough I should be able to get to 1 or 2 a week. It is realzxing though I have to agree.
