ingredients:
thin sliced smoked turkey
smoked cheddar (a good one like tillamook, don't skimp on the cheese)
sweet pepper salsa (a mango or peach salsa would suffice)
corn tortillas
good apple juice
1. heat up skillet: cook turkey until edges start to brown
2. add small amount of butter or oil: toast one side of tortillas
3. arrange desired amount of turkey and cheddar slices on the toasted side of tortilla: stack other tortilla and grill
4. cover with salsa
5. serve with apple juice. the real juice stuff from the cold section of the store that is squeezed (not from concentrate) is best. the apple juice complements the flavors of the salsa.
